Generative AI Content: The content generated through the AI forms and chatbots is dependent on and subject to OpenAI's policy. We do not control the generative AI outputs and defer to OpenAI's policy regarding the generated content. Users are encouraged to review OpenAI's policy for understanding the nature and limitations of AI-generated content.

Service Ownership: The Service, including all intellectual property rights therein, remains the exclusive property of TeachersAi.de and its licensors. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you have no right to use, copy, display, perform, create derivative works from, distribute, have distributed, transmit, or sublicense materials or content available on the Service.
